Programs

Friends of NYC Nurse-Family Partnership provides financial support to mothers so they can pursue college, a career, or a business. We also offer emergency funds to address food and housing insecurity. Friends hosts workshops to support new mothers’ and children’s development goals and to encourage community. Our programs support career and business development through a team of program graduates who work closely with nurses and clients, connecting them to the services they need.

Learn, Eat, And Play

Our LEAP sessions, offer both in-person and online, provide a meaningful and enriching opportunity for NYC Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) mothers and their babies to connect, grow, and thrive.

Heart's Desire Fund

The Heart’s Desire Fund (HDF) supports clients in achieving self-sufficiency by alleviating financial barriers to furthering their education or returning to the workforce through scholarships for laptops, books, tuition, and travel. Friends reviews essays from interested mothers and letters of recommendation from their nurses.
